1. Wie viel kostet ein Parkticket?
Ein Parkticket kostet 24 Euro inkl. Mwst. und ist nur im Vorverkauf erhältlich.

3. Wie viele Parktickets kann ich pro Spiel bestellen?
Jeder Ticketinhaber kann je nach Verfügbarkeit theoretisch 1 Parkticket bestellen, jedoch empfehlen wir aus Gründen der Nachhaltigkeit und der Reduzierung des Verkehrs am Spieltag, die Kapazität des Fahrzeugs maximal zu nutzen.
4. Wann kann ich bestellen?
Aufgrund der begrenzten Verfügbarkeit wird eine Bestellung so früh wie möglich empfohlen. Bestellungen sind bis zum Tag vor dem jeweiligen Spieltag möglich. Hierbei ist zu beachten, dass Parktickets grundsätzlich als Print@Home Version versendet werden und diese nur gültig sind, wenn sie ausgedruckt bei Einfahrt vorgezeigt oder in der Windschutzscheibe sichtbar sind.
Am Spieltag selbst gibt es keine Möglichkeit mehr, Parktickets am Stadion zu erwerben. Bitte fahren Sie daher auch nicht mit dem Auto zum Stadion, sondern nutzen die ausgewiesenen P+R Parkplätze und die ÖPNV-Verbindungen. 5. Wie kann ich die Parktickets bezahlen?
Im Parkticket-Webshop besteht die Möglichkeit der Zahlung per Sofortüberweisung, PayPal und Kreditkarte (Achtung: Voraussetzung ist die Nutzung von Online-Banking). Telefonisch kann nur per Kreditkarte bestellt werden.
6. Wie erfolgt die Bearbeitung meiner Bestellung?
Bei telefonischen Bestellungen und Bestellungen über den Ticket-Webshop wird der Kauf unmittelbar abgeschlossen.
7. Wie erhalte ich einen barrierefreien Parkplatz?
Barrierefreie Parkplätze sind grundsätzlich an eine entsprechende Eintrittskarte für das Spiel gebunden. Da die Eintrittskarten über die UEFA verkauft werden bzw. wurden, läuft auch die Ausgabe entsprechender Parktickts über die UEFA im Verlauf des jeweiligen Ticketkaufs. Darüber hinaus sind keine barrierefreien Parkplätze verfügbar.
8. Kann ich auch aus dem Ausland bestellen?
Ja, das ist kein Problem. Die Parktickets werden digital per E-Mail versendet.
9. Ist meine Bestellung im Parkticket-Webshop angekommen?
Eine Bestellbestätigung erfolgt per E-Mail, wenn die Parkticketbestellung über den Ticket- Webshop erfolgreich abgeschlossen wurde. Bitte prüfen Sie hier auch Ihren Spam-Ordner. Sollten Sie keine Bestätigung erhalten, war unter Umständen eine Zustellung an die von Ihnen angegebene E-Mailadresse nicht möglich.

10. Wie werden meine Parktickets verschickt und wie hoch sind die Versandkosten?
Da die Eintrittskarten für die UEFA EURO 2024 ausschließlich digital sind, werden auch keine Parktickets auf dem Postweg versendet. Ihr Parkticket erhalten Sie per automatisierter Email nach Abschluss des Bestellprozesses.
11. Kann ich Parktickets zurückgeben?
Eine Rückgabe von Tickets gegen Erstattung ist grundsätzlich nicht möglich. Ausnahmeregelungen: Spielabsagen oder Stattfinden des Spiels unter Ausschluss der Öffentlichkeit. Bitte lesen Sie hierfür aufmerksam unsere APGB. [DA2]
12. Wo kann ich Anreisehinweise finden?
Sowohl auf der Parkticket-Bestellwebseite als auch in der Bestätigungsemail stellen wir Ihnen wichtige Informationen, wie z.B. Öffnung der Parkbereiche und Anfahrtsroute, zur Verfügung. Auf dem digitalen Ticket (pdf-Format) wird Ihnen ebenso die Anfahrtsroute angezeigt. Diese führt Sie auf dem schnellstmöglichen Weg zu Ihrem Parkbereich. Bitte befolgen Sie diese und nutzen Sie nicht das Navigationssystem des PKW oder des Mobilfunkgerätes, da es aufgrund von vorgezogenen Parkticket-Kontrollen zu veränderter Verkehrsführung im Vergleich zum regulären Spielbetrieb kommt.

13. Wo kann ich parken?
Der Parkbereich wird automatisch vom System zugeteilt und ist auf dem Parkticket aufgedruckt. Hier sehen Sie welche Parkbereiche rund um das Stadion zur Verfügung stehen. (Link Parkplatzübersicht) [DA3] Im Stadionumfeld sind die Parkbereiche beschildert.
14. Kann ich das Parkticket weitergeben?
Grundsätzlich ist die Weitergabe oder der Weiterverkauf von Parktickets ausgeschlossen, da diese persönlich und nicht übertragbar sind.
Dennoch müssen Sie nicht zwingend mit Ihrem eigenen PKW kommen. Sie können auch bei jemandem mitfahren und diesem Ihr Parkticket zur Verfügung stellen. Entscheidend ist, dass Sie sich als Parkticket-Besteller in dem PKW aufhalten, in welchem sich Ihr Parkticket befindet. Eine individuelle Überprüfung des Personenbezugs der Parktickets hält sich der Betreiber vor.
15. Ist das Parkticket für mehrere Spiele gültig?
Jedes Parkticket ist nur für ein spezifisches Spiel, dargestellt durch die Spielnummer, gültig. Die Spielnummern verstehen sich wie folgt:

16. Wieviel Zeit muss ich für die Anreise mindestens einplanen?
Die genaue Anreisedauer hängt immer vom Ausganspunkt ab. Jedoch kann generell gesagt werden, dass aufgrund des erhöhten Verkehrsaufkommens und der Parkticket-Kontrolle mit einer erhöhten Anreisezeit gerechnet werden muss. Wir empfehlen eine frühe Anreise zum Stadion.
Um eine möglichst reibungslose Anreise zu garantieren, bitten wir Sie, sich auf die auf dem Parkticket angegebene Anfahrtsroute zu halten
17. Wann öffnen die Parkplätze?
Die Parkplätze öffnen immer 4 Stunden vor Anpfiff. Die Stadionöffnung ist bei allen Spielen der EURO 2024 3 Stunden vor Anpfiff. Die Parkplätze schließen 3 Stunden nach Abpfiff.

1. How much does a parking pass cost?
A parking pass costs 24 euros including VAT and is only available via pre-booking. There will be no sales of parking passes on matchdys.
2. How can I order a parking pass?
You have the option of using the following ordering methods:

3. How many parking passes can I order per match?
Each ticket holder can theoretically order 1 parking pass, however, for reasons of sustainability and reducing traffic on match day, we recommend using the vehicle's capacity to the maximum.
4. Until when can I place the order?
Orders can be placed up to the day before the respective matchday. It should be noted that parking passes are generally sent as a Print@Home version and are only valid if they are printed out and presented at the entrance or visible in the windscreen.
On the day of the match itself, it is no longer possible to purchase parking passes at the stadium. Therefore, please do not drive to the stadium by car, but use the designated P+R parking spaces and public transport connections. 5. Which payment methods will be offered?
You can purchase parking passes by instant bank transfer, PayPal and credit card (attention: the use of online banking is required). Orders can only be placed by credit card by phone.
6. How will my order be processed?
In the case of orders placed by telephone and via the ticket webshop, the purchase is completed immediately.
7. How can I reserve an accessible parking space?
Barrier-free parking spaces are generally tied to a corresponding ticket. Since the tickets are or have been sold via UEFA, the corresponding parking passes are also issued by UEFA. In addition, there are no barrier-free parking spaces available to pre-book at a fee.
8. Can I order from abroad?
Yes, that's not a problem. The parking passes will be sent digitally by email.
9. How can I see if my order was successful?
An order confirmation will be sent by e-mail when the parking pass order has been successfully completed via the ticket webshop. Please also check your spam folder here. If you do not receive a confirmation, it may not be possible to send it to the e-mail address you provided. 10. How will my tickets be shipped and how much will it cost?
No parking passes will be sent by post. You will receive your parking pass by email....
11. Can I return parking passes?
In principle, it is not possible to return tickets for a refund. Exceptions: Match cancellations or play behind closed doors. Please read our APGB[DA5] carefully.
12. Where can I information about arrival routes?
Both on the parking pass order website and in the confirmation email, you will be provided with important information, such as opening times of the parking areas and access route. The digital parking pass (pdf format) will also show you the route to the public parking area, which will guide you there as quickly as possible. Please follow this route and do not use the satellite navigation systems in your car or mobile phone as there will be changes in traffic routing compared to regular match operations due to early parking pass checks.

13. Where is my parking space?
The parking area is automatically assigned by the system and is printed on the parking ticket. Here you can see which parking areas are available around the stadium. (Link parking lot overview) At the arena, the parking areas are clearly signposted.
14. Can I pass on my parking pass to someone else?
In principle, the transfer or resale of parking passes is prohibited, as they are personal and non-transferable.
Nevertheless, you do not necessarily have to come with your own car. You can also ride with someone else and provide them with your parking pass. It is crucial that you, as the person ordering the parking pass, are in the car in which your parking pass will be used on the day.
There may be sporadic checks by the police or commissioned vicarious agents.
15. Is the parking passvalid for more than one match?
Each parking pass is only valid for a specific match, represented by the match number. The match numbers are as follows:

16. What is the minimum time I have to plan for my arrival?
The exact duration of the journey always depends on the starting point. However, it can generally be said that a slightly longer journey time must be expected due to the increased traffic volume and the parking ticket control on the access road to the arena. We recommend an early arrival to the stadium.
In order to guarantee the smoothest possible arrival, we ask you to stick to the route indicated on the parking pass and to the arrival time slot indicated on the parking pass.
17. When do parking areas open?
The parking areas open 4 hours before kick-off. Opening of the gates at all EURO 2024 matches is 3 hours before kick-off. The parking areas close three hours after the match.
